We accept group bookings at almost any time, by prior arrangement. We always offer special rates for groups of 20 or more, except on Fridays and Saturdays.
Group organisers and drivers have free admission to the house and gardens. Drivers are also offered free refreshments. And you may wash down your coach here!
All coaches are met and personally greeted. Your group will be made very welcome by all our staff - we have won awards for 'best overall property', 'most enthusiastic and informative staff', 'best property for families' and 'best in the south west'.
You should ideally allow 3 hours at least for a visit, especially with a meal - the house tour takes about an hour, there are 50 acres of gardens to explore, a plant shop, craft gallery and shop AND the Peacock Cafe, offering excellent lunches and teas (see the Tea rooms page).
