Weddings at Pencarrow:

Pencarrow provides a truly beautiful venue for a wedding and reception. It is infinitely adaptable to suit formal and informal weddings and there are many options available, allowing you the freedom to create your own special day to your personal requirements. The Georgian house has four rooms licensed for ceremonies: the panelled music room, library, the drawing room and the more informal old servants’ hall; the tearooms, with their vaulted brick ceiling, can also be used for the wedding ceremony, as well as a reception.

Or you can be married in the wisteria-draped arbour outside in the magnificent Grade II Star listed gardens, which can also provide the ultimate setting for your wedding reception. The East Lawn is the ideal marquee area, while the sweeping lawns, Italian Garden and fountain offer perfect focal points for your photographer. The mile long carriage drive makes a spectacular entrance to your reception and the whole Gardens are available for you and your guests to freely enjoy. During the Winter months, you can also have your reception in the House.

Greet your guests in the Library then through the secret door into the Drawing Room, which provides a lovely quiet retreat and somewhere wonderful for photos and, of course, the all important ceremony. Do come and talk to us! There is a small church, St Conan's, about a mile and a half away or the larger parish church of St Petroc is at Egloshayle, about three miles away.

We would welcome the opportunity to meet you and show you around Pencarrow, without obligation. Please telephone to arrange a mutually convenient time (01208 841369).
